I think all the parties have to contribute though:

- COMM
- CISCO
- All DOCSIS 3.0+ OEMs (at least U.S. based)
- And all the cable company stealing infringers

BA....my best buy was several hundred thousands at .0002....I ended up with a .0071 average.....I bought and sold several times....I'm sure the shares I've ended up with are well well more than free shares.
