Agreed ... Except, you usually SLAP the ASK and WHACK The BID. In this case someone SOLD (gave away) their shares at the BID offering price of .50 cents. The next person on deck had/has 2,500 shares @.40 cents on the BID. Good luck to everyone! STSC LOOOOONG!!!! The price per share is irrelevant until the "real" company takes residence. IMHO, The large movement of shares from one set of hands to another set of hands is an indication that something is in the works.

Another thing to keep in mind is that someone can sell their shares at any price they see fit, however, this doesn't mean that they will ever be able to buy those shares back at the same price. It's a risk that day traders take when they try to time the "lowest possible price". I personally like the method of accumulating shares at all different price ranges and keeping your overall-average-ACCUMULATION-price, down as low as possible.
