Another thing to keep in mind is that someone can sell their shares at any price they see fit, however, this doesn't mean that they will ever be able to buy those shares back at the same price. It's a risk that day traders take when they try to time the "lowest possible price". I personally like the method of accumulating shares at all different price ranges and keeping your overall-average-ACCUMULATION-price, down as low as possible.
