Nothing "Thomas" has posted has been validated as factual. There is no evidence of anything he has posted. No confirmations. Nothing. The only thing we have confirmation of is that $PRED was a heavily promoted stock and that insiders used the promotion opportunity to dump some of their shares. Another confirmation we have is that since mid July, $PRED has been making new recent lows and has formed a descending triangle with no new buying interest and basically non-existent volume.

Another thing to note: Institutions will never invest in an OTC Pink Sheet company, but gladly take the short side of the stock, long term. Most shorts in $PRED are long term at this point with large accounts, myself included.

PRED will be valuable but I seriously doubt it will become one of the world's leading life science companies - that is a long and winding road. The more reasonable approach is they will be acquired or merge with another global in 3 to 5 years.

But if we stick to the fundamentals and understand management and its Board are seasoned and have the skillset and (and world-class external legal and financial service providers) to build significant value.
