If insiders sell shares they must file that with the SEC. PRED is now SEC filing, since they filed the form 10. No sales statements have been filed. So you're statement is false.
Thomas has not made any timing predictions and nothing he has said can be disproved. You on the other hand have made many predictions of which all can be disproved rather easily. No panic sell off yesterday at the close.
