Let's forget for a moment the question why QTMM acquired the Capstan asset but speculate why Capstan’s Co-Founder and CTO Jay M. Williams and crew wanted to join QTMM?

We concentrate so hard on the motive of QTMM when in reality we fail to examine Williams' motive.

Speculation sure, interesting most certainly.

$650,000 in a 3 cent stock, a stock if he tried to unload would be worthless.
