It's not very complicated, he gets an income. Most consultants I talk to are tired of hunting for dollars and eager for a guaranteed source of funds.

but speculate why Capstan’s Co-Founder and CTO Jay M. Williams and crew wanted to join QTMM?

For one thing, what crew?

As for Jay, my guess is he didn't have much of a choice. I don't think he owned a majority stake in Capstan. My guess is that the guy who signed the bill-of-sale was calling the shots, and that he saw this as a last ditch effort to salvage something out of an investment that yielded no sales and that he didn't want to put any more money into.

I suspect Jay had a choice between CTO and unemployment.

D-rx, great question. Why would Williams risk his reputation on .03 cent stock unless he was sure he could multiply it's value tremendously? A paycheck? That's puny compared to millions of shares increasing value strataspherically!!! Glad he's aboard.

You know, nobody has asked what the market value of Capstan is on the market. Given its in a rising market, I bet the value far exceeds the price, and maybe Williams saw high value in QMC's immutable physical key that's worth taking a low price now for future returns.
