Blockchain is software. No factory needs to be built. It's possible Capstan is already ready and just needs the QD Key.
I will give Steve some credit not taking a total flyer on the purchase of the software. I expect that there has been work on bring the two technologies together into at least some kind of "working model" or prototype in the background.
I really hope that QMC did not just shell out $650,000 for a software package and are just now starting on developing the combined technology.
Five years ago QMC did not just shell out 100's of thousands of dollar for the VT technology and then try to see if they could develop a product from it. They spent time evaluating the tech before committing to a big purchase.
