And who says Jay Williams parted with his tech? Who says he owned much/any of it? More likely, his investor? Truitt, who signed the bill of sale, is the one who parted with it rather than take a total loss, and that left Jay choosing between CTO and unemployment. Revenue in 2023 maybe. JMO.
