I have read that part, I do not think that part has been clear. Yes it is possible that the 267 has to be paid first, but also as I wrote the 40 million will be paid out after the secured and unsecured creditors have been paid. Which is where we are at now, or nearly so. My point is the language can be interpided in many ways and as I have pointed out and may be the way, we are going now. IMO
