Well, your head hair came in much earlier than that, so I think your theory fails. UNLESS it's a different TYPE of hair. I don't think I've ever looked for any studies on that.

I have very little gray hair on my head; just a bit at the temples, an that's appeared in the past five years or so. But eyebrows? Yes.

The eyebrow thing is weird. There're some men, and maybe some women, who have black eyebrows even when their head hair has turned white.

This obviously requires further study.
