Never mind how many shares I own that is not important . My question is this a solid merger or still all speculation . Where did all the buyers go ?

I am worried there may not be any merger happening or maybe they would choose to go direct Nasdaq or choose another otc shell .

Just want to see 8k saying merger or pr saying merger happening . Some are saying it's all speculation

The float has only turned over about once since June. IMO Saean is having trouble acquiring the amount of shares back to complete the swap. Could explain the low volume. Not sure how the swap works, if they pay a company to buy shares at open market. I dont think SAEAN is using their 64% stake to complete the transfer. I expect to see the volume dry up completely and the price to be set for NASDAQ listing. once they start releasing the news demand will be so high no telling what will happen.
