Go ahead name the highly skilled management team so we can research and determine if that is correct.

so true!
those here who desperately continue to believe no matter what
happens and what doesn't happen, that's human nature. andy is
so massively incompetent and, if not corrupt, then fooled about
himself to the point of completely whacky. the existence
of santa claus is more likely than biel suddenly doing business
in a manner that might possibly lead to a degree of success that
gave shareholders a chance to make some money.
go biel. are you kidding? (no, sadly you're not!).

>>>With all that hanging over your head, wouldn't you welcome a new, highly skilled management team with money to make you wealthy? If you were in your right mind, of course you would!<<<

Sorry, we don't know the deal that was presented to the CEO by this 'highly skilled management team', so hard to answer. Only hearing one side of the story for this 'offer'. If I was sitting in CEO chair, I would most definitely be very skeptical of those saving me from myself by telling me to retire. No one would do this without a self serving motive. Please, do not tell us this group is doing this for ALL stockholders. All stockholders will not be sitting in the CEO seat taking a CEO salary among other positions that this 'group' will be doing. This definitely smells like a takeover of a company. Requesting that the CEO retire is a nice way to start. Blasting CEO to other stockholders is a way to gain votes in shares for what may be needed later, if plan one (CEO retirement) fails. There is NO guarantee to any and all other stockholders that this 'group' is not in this for themselves and that we would be ANY better off, than what we are getting with present leadership ------- maybe WORSE. SORRY

My concern in that scenario would be the likelihood of a premature R/S considering the principles involved hold hundreds of millions if not billions of shares they would get hurt, whereas the avg. investors holding under 50 million shares would set decimated. Thoughts ?
