My point was that because K&S decided not to go forward with the FOIA request, the (either intended or unintended) message to the "subject" of those requests was that AMRN or the law firm suspects something or may have something on the subjects involved. By the way, I have used my own as well as other peoples FOIA requests for numerous documents...most involving declassified information. (And yes, they know how to play hide the document...or send you one that is not the one you want...hoping you go away.)
