I hope you are right.

The FDA however behaves in ways that seems to indicate they are untouchable. So if they believe that and proceed as if they are I hope they get a heavy dose of correction.

So JL do you still think the fda are not out to get amrn.I asked the same question to JT at the AGM 2016 and he said NO they both want the same thing.I think from the sound of JT at the 7pm Im Mad conference he thinks different and he really went crazy on the jefferies guy when he said that the street was saying the interaction of V with statins and well I thought I heard a shot lol.

I agree we’ll get the label. How wide & broad now that’s where the debate may be. Without knowing what JT is asking for it’s hard to speculate on strategy.

I’m guessing if it’s 1/3 of all adult Americans it’s likely w no tg’s and then the question off the language on the label is what’s open for discussion.

Rather than assuming evil forces lining up against us this is likely more about the fda doing CYA here.
