Snow, I wrote to them a couple of month ago when we got the information about the delisting asking them what the terms of converting shares from a KF to a regular account was because I was told that we would not be able own shares in a KF after the delisting. The answere I got was that I did not have to do anything bebause they would automaticly convert from my KF to a regular account which is bad enough considering the new ”buy in price” that would change as the conversion was made. However they told me that it would not cost me anything when it was made. So I wrote to them again last Friday and the new answere I got was that they ment ISK account in their first respond..... Thats the only answere I got from them... I didnt even mension any ISK since I dont own any.. Thats how much they care about their customers... I dont have to tell you that the letter I wrote them today was not very kind... I sold all of my shares today. I have opened an account at Nordnet hoping to buy some of them back soon.
