Pedvin What you write is in line with my impression that Avanza has actec negligently in this case. Since the shares now have so little value it would not cost much for Avanza to compensate its customers for their losses caused by their own negligence. But it may be difficult to decide what that loss is.
I get the impression that the customers service at Nordnet doesn't always know the rules are when they reply, hence a lot of confusion and misinformation is spread...
