There have been several Acquisitions made already. We only received a press release on one of them thus far.

But yes, you are absolutely correct.

This particular transaction was acquired by way of the standard (non dilutive) sale/lease back option.

This type of transaction does not affect the capital structure of the company, as no shares of stock were involved in the transaction

Michigan regulations require property to be owned before a hemp license is applied for. Also since Bangi claims they own the license, per Michigan law they can not lease the property out.
But investors who did proper DD already know that.

LOL. One must own the property and leasing property to a third party is not permitted - they must own the property to secure a license. This is basic 101 info.
