Their business model doesn’t involve them growing anything, this shows ones lack of knowledge. They make money two ways, by purchasing the real estate as a value investment to sell it later and by leasing the property to a grower/equipment if required. It helps to know what the companies business model is, oblivious? Clearly.. more acquisitions to come ;)
