I'm sitting here about to write that we need to have a contract soon ..... I then realized I have been writing that sentiment in some way, shape, or form for a very, very long time now.

Things are looking a little black right now and I"m afraid that the the quarerly report is going to be more of the same, that is ..... really disappointing.

Looks like the share price is headed to places that will be depressing.

The saddest part is that no one at LF, or Li, will answer these questions directly. This is why the trust of the company, USA relations, are where they are. They have given some copy/paste answers to many of the questions I have seen answered on this board.

I think LQMt shareholders deserve more than a story of sleeping on the factory floor in one conference call early after buying his stake in company.

I believe if 106c was part of PLA, or license rev to LQMt, we would hear about it. Instead we have been told LQMt will not pusher CE. So... not sure why this board pontificates on the idea of revenue from 106c.

Li bought LQMT for CIP - took it to China and used those for 106c.

Tariffs are good for LQMt USA.

PatentGuy...you are spot on:

The bouncing ball demo was designed and manufactured by the University of Wisconsi Material Science Department.

Totally correct about the use of the Liquidmetal tradedress...the MTA specifically does NOT REQUIRE any use of the Tradedress by Apple. Apple has ZERO claims on the use of this tradedress.

I appreciate the sound reasoning and analysis you employ in your arguments.

Thank you.

I have written many posts on this board which have downplayed the significance of the liquidmetal name and its import as to creating revenues for LQMT.

Liquidmetal and is commonplace clones are ALL OVER THE MAP.
But the PPS of LQMT barely can be sustained on the charts.

SUCH A COMEDY of ERRORS.

No Company in the history of NASDAQ has written more SUICIDAL contracts than Liquidmetal Technologies of TAMPA, Rancho Santa Margarita and Lake Forest.

Every contract that Liquidmetal has made has cut itself out of a major portion of future business and revenues.

LQMT DEVOURS ITSELF into OBLIVION. Not once, not twice, not thrice, but OVER and OVER and OVER AGAIN like the EVERREADY Bunny Rabbit.

There are no more hats left from which to pull out bunnies.

The Liquidmetal name isn't owned by Apple nor exclusively licensed to Apple.

I am glad you finally accepted that very FACT.

FACT does matter

Under the Master Transaction Agreement between Apple and LQMT, Apple has a perpetual license to the use of “liquidmetal” in products containing LQMT’s BMG.
