If the FOIA requests are closed (filled), does that mean the lawyers got everything they wanted, or just that FDA gave them everything they legally could? Doesn't this also mean the docs were requested a while ago, since FDA is not known for rapidly responding to FOIA requests? But wait - it couldn't have been more than a month ago though, since MCR's CPs weren't filed until first 9 days of July - that means AMRN quickly moved to hire that legal team and the FDA responded relatively quickly, which many mean that FDA didn't hand over very much. Well, hold on - fed agencies are supposed to *respond* to requests within 20 business days, but they do not have to provide the info that quickly - don't think there's a time limit for providing documents because they have to be reviewed and redacted in some cases:

Makes sense...and if so damn!!!! Amarin got FOIA request filled in months via King & Spalding...goes with my theory the FDA is going to cover their asses and turn in all industry influences.

Should be very uncomfortable for Nissen, Cleveland Clinic and AZN, Nissen is an AZN proxy or this case could be successfully argued as such if needed IMO.

Terra does good work.
