FINRA is in charge of the R/S and posted all R/S pending ten days in advance

I know that FINRA has a "Daily List" page which shows upcoming dividends, distributions and splits, but when LIBE underwent its reverse split in 2016, there was only one day notice.

If you have a link to a FINRA page that shows reverse splits pending in 10 days, please post it.
