This wild thought that in order to extend the trial to November 2019 (four years after the last patient's enrollment), NWBO purposefully extended the time two write the NWBO, also occurred to me.

However, I soon dismissed that idea because composing this new type of SAP is a trail blazing challenging task and NWBO could not take a chance that if they wrote this work slowly that it would backfire and take them well past November 2019 for completion and approval.

Also if NWBO receives the approval of the RA's for the SAP well before November, they can still wait past November to release top line results. IMHO.

You can have all the wild thoughts but Why not having a thought of September or August for unblinding? Their k-m charts to date are based on OS Relative to Surgery time. I would agree with you for November had their charts were based on Relative to the Vaccination start time. But all I see are the other ones. Will you be happy or not happy if they unblind sooner than November??
