No, they don't have to because although certainly a benefit ASNB isn't part of the news agreement. As an analogy, let's say ASNB makes the red paint for a Ford model. Ford announces they have agreed to sell millions of these red cars to China. ASNB isn't part of the Ford-China deal. But they certainly are going to sell an awful lot more red paint to Ford.
