Precisely !!! Optune is light years sub standard to Northwest. If the Seeking Alpha article/update is accurate, Northwest's DCVax-L is a breakthrough technology that will change the world of medicine forever!!!! AND we all hope it does!!! AND just think about the implications for DCVax Direct!!!!

Optune is not 15% at 5 yrs, it's like 2 patients made it 5 yrs.

The Optune dataset does not have the best long term follow-up data. And that 90% compliance set is post hock small subset junk.

But there were 16 treatment arm patients who had were known to have a pulse 5 years after randomization at a time when most had not yet been on trial for 5 years.

BTW, Leprecon understands very well what the K/M OS% is.

The Optune OS60 quoted by Novocure for treatment is 13%, and has been for years.
Whether you think there is something artificial or unreproducible about it e.g. open label bias, widespread censoring, is of course up to you.

The 'high compliance' subgroup stats for 3, 4, 5 years are the ones that are real baloney, and amount to nothing more than blatant misrepresentation. These were only 'produced' in the last 9 months or so, probably in response to the developing DCVax-L data.
These are the ones that could really mislead potential patients.
It's really clever marketing (the more you use it the better you will do), but also cynical and unethical, imo.
