They have made representations to the public as to the results of their assays without filing the 43-101. Any information used to try to sell their shares has to be properly filed and submitted. In many instances Mr. Grant has made statements regarding gold and other mineral assays without filing those assays. So the easy answer is yes, he has to file. And he states he intends to file completed assays but gives no dates-no drilling-and none on the horizon. This is all wait and see which allows this pump to continue until either results are filed-and I hope they are-or it becomes obvious they have no intention on filing or drilling. I want to give back in a manner that will help others and I n o longer need the cash. Already said I no longer wish to get back into it.
