By all means push the fake news and ignore the facts. ICNB does not own the Hooters product, United does and Rich owns United.
Straight from the S-1:

Potential acquirers of the Company will not include United when determining the value of the Company and this may have an adverse impact on the value of consideration that shareholders may receive if the Company is acquired."
