The tweet says SOLI called FINRA. He then stated the information.

He didn’t say FINRA publicly released the information to him.

In actuality, he didn’t state how he obtained this information. There’s no public avenue to have obtained this material information.

SOLI would have had to selectively disclose to him or a source. Which is illegal.
