Thanks for your opinion. It does make "cents" for all of us when one thinks clearly and realizes that the Lender paid off Portland for Brian obviously because Brian could then (Feb) show value and more importantly still show future value in LIBE in a "no bid" environment which means lender cant convert IMHO

Still high risk at .0001 (lol)...........
