yep and so are the two P2O BoD adds in 2017 ..

the DD done on both JA & LB indicate competent
and connected businessmen .. who like RH don't leak
.. i also believe the other individual who infused funds
into P2O along with JA back in 2016 .. is Canadian too

*ask* side was UC (undercut) just after mkt opened .. curious to see
if it's for the obvious reason (PTOI could/would close down @ 028)
