*ask* side was UC (undercut) just after mkt opened .. curious to see
if it's for the obvious reason (PTOI could/would close down @ 028)
or if it's something else .. specific to *volume* .. will do a follow on post on that

note June 2019's *volume* (currently lowest re: PTOI in 2019) ~ 491,063
note July 2019's *volume* (currently on track to be lower than June 2019) ~ 415,901 (rough)
MM Monthly out of Finra for Month Of July 2019 .. due approx by 8.9.19

491063-415901=75162

Difference from June to July as of today's *volume* is approx 75000 (75x2=150)

pure speculation here .. but I have to wonder if retail's bid of 150k @ 025 on 7.16/7.17 & 7.18 (LT P2O investor)
was *misinterpreted* by Non Retail .. something i noted contemporaneously when time stamps were forwarded on
.. if memory serves .. my comment to investor .. was the appearance of *wash trading* for volume and *surgical*

i keep coming back to why an entity would *maintain* PTOI 90 day volume avg since late Jan to early Jun 2019
