perhaps just me but i do believe the Canadian patent was pursued specifically for a P2O sale in Canada ..

Heddle announced P2O was changing the business strategy to processor sales in August 2013.

The Canadian Patent was filed in 2011 when Heddle wasn't even the CEO and JBI Inc was adamantly stating they were in the fuel production business only as a business strategy.
