Yes. What I think that tells us is that a great many people identify as Independents because they dislike both parties.

Yes, the subset of them who hate Trumpty will vote for Dems next year, but that won't MAKE them Dems.

My guess is the "I" category will increase, which isn't bad - both pol parties will have to work harder for votes.
