You weren't growing commercially. Your product was not being inspected and you weren't growing several different strains at the same time and you weren't doing it in a desert environment. (Not sure about last one)
There are at least 3 different agencies that require inspections of product on different levels in the process. So dont compare your backyard to a licensed MJ producer.
