FDA has been issuing the same type of warning letters for a few years now..
Every year they issue it to a few companies who have health claims on their website.. but it was always just that.. a warning letters and nothing more.. website update to get rid of any claims solves the problem...
Even Charlotte’s Web got similar letter a couple of years ago or so..
FDA just want to make sure that only Big Pharma with drugs and trials behind it can do such claims..
There is nothing more to it.
I got lucky that have bids in and got some fills.
