I thought they cut the Optune trial short and the 5 years measure was a statistical prediction only.

I believe you're using the latest figure from Dr. Liau which was provided a few months ago. In that many of the top 100 are still alive, that figure has almost certainly past 60 months at this time, and no telling how high that figure could go as long as over 50 patients in that group remain alive. Surely many of the top 100 are people who entered the trial many years ago, but are no longer with us, but enough are to keep increasing the number with each month the data remains unblinded.
