SAM I agree with everything you said about Bleckman. He tells half truths, but even if it were 100% golden it would not be the correct way to communicate information.
We have a web site that allows for all manner of information that is important but not material. They refuse to use this method as even half truths will get them in trouble. All management needs to do is tell what is so, right now. No conversation about the future. By doing this shareholders are updated on some sort of regular basis. For instance, if a negotiation of the Mwexican agreement were taking place today that would literally be all that is said. The chances of it being successful or not need not be indicated, as that would make it a material event.
