I can only guess it was a mistake or NWBO getting into compliance with the FDA. I do not believe it is anything new. IMO

From a previous prospectus would be a pretty good guess. Considering they decided to not enroll the last stragglers from the total it was probably felt prudent to agh the sentence.

I e-mailed DI about this, he stated "that was the original prospectus that the supplement refers to and has to be included"
