The low concentration group were receiving low to medium doses of 2-73 ONLY TO THE EXTENT that dosage correlated with blood concentration.
So what that slide is showing is that unless the blood concentration is high, the decline in ADCS-ADL continues.
What isn't shown is what the natural history of AD patients would be over that same period. That would give something to compare the low/med blood concentration effect too. That would show if there is one for low/med blood concentration.
For the patients with high blood concentration the effect is PROFOUND.
