Great news for all longs!

There will be a lawsuit against the people behind the fake article and obviously be an investigation into who was taking large short positions earlier in the week.

A) Continue to short, further incriminating self (Not smart)
B) Keep same position and not liquidate (Not smart)
C) Cover full short position, driving price way up and then run for the hills!

The one question that comes to my mind here is:

Why throw 10s of millions of dollars at a lawsuit when one could just clobber the shorts by buying up the stock?
