Bigb78 How about do both?! The person who is sueing is not part of PRED. He is a shareholder. He has a ton of stock and like many of us see how good the company is and he will get the court fees back I can guarantee this with how misconstrued this hit piece is a judge will have Hindenburg pay. A lawsuit takes time. I have heard there are some huge players that are going to get this stock back to 4 or 5 bucks and then we are off this exchange.

the white knight probably is a 10% holder. If so, he can't buy up stock during this period.
