Once again, this is a very strong idea to pose about a company when we met them a few times. Interventions are for loved ones in serious critical condition. This is a very small company that happens to be public to fund itself. So, the few have a decent sized voice. I mean saying a man has to retire now and all hell is gonna break loose if it doesn’t happen now seems too far. I am frustrated too but you know what you are holding.

Coming for someone who has had conversations with the BIEL team it really means a lot to hear someone like you give his perspective!

Some here have the attitude of, if you speak ill of AW, it must mean you are against BIEL and don't want to see it succeed. If you use that same logical I guess you would never discipline your child when he/she messes up, because after all if you do it means you don't want the best for him/her!

It's idiotic how some people think, that pointing out the short comings in the CEO of a publicly traded company, is some how detrimental to the company. Sometimes I wonder if any of these people ever traded on the big board where CEOs are attack constantly, and sometimes they are not to blame for the declining stock price!

Yet we have a CEO that is fully to blame for what is transpiring here, and some don't want to hold him accountable. I'm sorry but I don't see how you can have the best intentions if you just blindly go along knowing something is seriously off. What outcome could you possible expect, if you just let things stay the way they are, without at least acknowledging something is wrong with this CEO!
