It sure does. However, the value of the company is still there, so the way I see it is the smart money will be loading as the impatient/desperate give away their shares.
I'd much rather own shares in a company like this where the sp is not reflective of the true value than to be buying the typical stinky pinky where it is a pure gamble just hoping that a bigger sucker will come along so you can sell to him.
And to be completely honest, had we reached those price levels before this selling started, I would have sold some anticipating this. With the low volume, there's no way this would have held those prices with literally tens of millions of shares being unloaded by those who got them at .001
