I agree that FNMA needs to be done before 2020 election in case there is a switch at the top,, can’t take that chance .
I , however disagree on your final outcome of 2020,,, I’ve been through a few of these and an incumbent doesn’t normally lose re-election,,, an incumbent in a booming economy rarely loses. This is a booming economy , in fact I have only one performer in my entire portfolio that hasn’t killed it (FNMA) ,, people vote their pocketbook and how their family is doing at that particular time. Unless something crazy happens IMO ,DJT is safe for 2020,, maybe not Reagan safe but pretty safe ,,,, that said, whoever wins , FNMA needs to be settled by then,, for all our sanity
