I agree, but I think you missed the most important point. Look at how nearly impossible it has been for anyone to change the inertial status quo for 11 1/2 years. Why would some incoming Administration find it any easier to undo changes made now?

The fear of reversal defense favoring inaction is senseless, gutless and dangerous to the health of the housing economy.

SOMEBODY needs to get off their fat ass and DO something.
