Basically, I'm right and u know it cuz I'm smart and diligent. Not saying where the stock will go, or not. Your 40 million figure is useless crap, just like u say hcti overpaid for licnese is crap. U know nothing. U dont know what hcti licnese is worth based on future revenue. U dont know if they overpaid or underpaid. Basically, I'm always right... I'm smart, I know my $. Of course HCTI greatly overpaid NTI for licensing.

It was a setup, sweetheart deal from day one when the shell game was created.

NTI, NTII, HCTI, same people involved.

All deals were done with principals, management and related parties in mind. Emphasis was on moving monies out of public HCTI and into private hands.

Defense of the actions of Yosef, Darin, et al, is laughable.

Millions in licensing for a product essentially without sales, million a year to consultant, etc.

Dont understand much, except the way HCTI / NTI fleeced shareholders should be a crime, if indeed it isnt.
