Of course HCTI greatly overpaid NTI for licensing.
It was a setup, sweetheart deal from day one when the shell game was created.
NTI, NTII, HCTI, same people involved.
All deals were done with principals, management and related parties in mind. Emphasis was on moving monies out of public HCTI and into private hands.
Defense of the actions of Yosef, Darin, et al, is laughable.
Millions in licensing for a product essentially without sales, million a year to consultant, etc.
Dont understand much, except the way HCTI / NTI fleeced shareholders should be a crime, if indeed it isnt.

U want hcti to sell it and make money all of a sudden for free and not have to pay anything then make like 2 million a year for nothing when nti did everything?
