Let me see if I follow what your laying down: the visolis transaction was a joint bid between visolis and lcyt-if the asset note is cancelled by the seller there would be a return of monies in this case to the shareholders of lcyt which is traded on the Taiwan stock market; question is where does translation put that decimal point? The math doesn’t quite add up there. However if the true translation is .16 yuan times the os of lcyt of 153,085,00 equals 24493600 yuan which is $3,559,133 usd. Just spit balling
