There is no reason to "spit ball" anything with respect to LCY's business or dividends to its shareholders. This board is for BioAmber, not LCY, they have absolutely nothing to do with each other. BioAmber is out of business, has nothing of value left after the liquidation in CCAA, no employees, and still has massive debt. It will be dissolved by the US Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.
Just to follow up on that issue of translation with the decimal point: lcyt market cap is just under 115m usd as of today. Does a dividend totaling about $35m sound reasonable for that sort of company? 3.5m sounds more in the right range. Right about the cancellation value of the asset note for bioamber.
