Nope. ACRL is a non-filer, they've gone dark. Everything they do now is behind the scenes, investors will be the last to know what is really going on.

So-called filings to OTCMarkets are for entertainment purposes only, it is not a regulatory agency.

Why anyone would invest in a publicly traded company that hides its actions from investors is beyond me.
